The Pilates Reformer is for all skill levels, ages and genders. It places the body in a comfortable, non-weight-bearing position, and the use of springs and pulleys allow a myraid of exercises to be done effeciently inside of an hour-long class. The reformer work creates balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina. It compliments all other types of exercises and creates greater awareness of the body, producing healthier movement patterns that translate into all daily activities. Come prepared to work hard, and see positive change quickly.

Core Catalyst class combines Classical Pilates and Yoga. The 12 weeks will include a variety of classes, including:
Classical Pilates Mat Workout
Pilates on a Stability Ball
Pilates with Body Band
Iron Flow Yoga Sequence
