Designed for students who are facing a physical challenge, have been physically inactive for an extended period of time, or are true beginners. This program complements medical management of chronic pain and stress-related disorders, including, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hypertension, panic/anxiety disorders, and chronic fatigue.

Structured for students who are physically active and are looking for a more satisfying way to increase fitness, calm the body and mind, and function at a higher level of awareness. This class focuses on alignment and flow of energy.

Utilizes a variety of toning tools, weights, fitness balls, yamuna balls, and exercise bands to provide additional strength and toning for our muscles.
Cost: $10 or $5 for students currently enrolled in a yoga or pilates class.
